Strength:

I have the "Very Busy Man" laptop bag. I originially bought this padded messenger bag as a dual use camera/laptop bag. I works reasonably well for my cameras, but it really excells for what it was designed for; carrying my Ti-Book on a daily basis. Everything about this bag makes sense. It is a gem of design quality. Pockets are right on. Padding is ample, and zippers are the most bombproof YKK's found anywhere. I especially love the simplicity of design of a laptop bag. It doesn't scream "Valuable computer inside!" like so many other bags to, either camara or computer. Great quality of workmanship and materials. I really can't say enough good things about it...

Weakness:

Pen slots are too tight to fit my fountain pens. If anything, the padding is perhaps 30% TOO thick...(wow!)

Padded messenger bag design. Padded throughout. It has a nice internal padded slot w/velcro flap for securing even a wide Ti-Book. Many internal zippered & velcro pockets. Ample storage for many things...Clever and bombproof design. It really protects my laptop (and cameras) well.

Customer Service

non-required. I'd be surprised if I needed any...ever
