Strength:

Looks good! Reasonable price. Light weight for it's size. Looks and feels better once it's broken in... much like a shoe.

Weakness:

None. Everyone mentions that it doesn't have enough padding. If you want that much protection, go with a heavy Lowepro. It's not like I throw my bag around anyways!

I was dwelling on which bag I should get, F-1X or this F7. I put them side by side only to see just a "few" minor differences with only a $15 difference in price: 1) F7 is about 1 1/2 inches taller. 2) It has a waist strap in back, in which the F-1X has a large pocket. 3) Extra dividers in F7. 4) The F7's front pockets do not have fold-over velco'd covers. ...So I chose to get the F7 for $15 more. Plus you can fit more lenses, camera body, etc. in the future, if needed.

Customer Service

Not needed. It's a bag for crying out loud.
