Strength:

Holds a very good amount of gear

Balenced well on waist but more stable if used with shoulder strap

All weather cover is great if used outside--handles bad conditions-rain, snow, etc

Day pack--great for lunch, rain poncho, stuff

Rotates around waist for use as table

Weakness:

Doesn't hold quite as much as they say...

Limited color choice--Black or Green

Slightly pricey at most web sites, got a good deal on Camera Zone

Pretty good bag for scenic work outside

Customer Service

Camera Zone has bad customer service...could not get them to answer simple email questions---bought there only because of price

Strength:

Big but doesn't feel like it (with shoulder strap), awesome design

Weakness:

Too big to be used as a belt pack by itself.

WOW! I just took this bag skiing with me a few days ago, and I am very impressed. It holds my N80+MB-16, Tokina 28-80, Tamron 70-300 and a 500 f8 mirror tele, plus the daypack filled up with all manner of other things (clothes, etc). I would never have guessed I had so much gear in there it was so comfortable. I highly recomend this pack!

Strength:

1. Protects camera gear well
2. Carries camera gear and hiking gear very well.
3. Very well designed

Weakness:

Some bouncing when using only hipbelt section. The bag is actually much more stable when used with the daypack attached.

Just returned from 4 days in Glacier N.P. This bag did great holding a 645 medium format camera, 3 lenses, filters and a tripod on dayhikes of 3 to 11 miles. The daypack held a water bottle, water filter, jacket and lunch with no problem. The waterproof cover worked through a torrential downpoor. I also like the way the daypack swings out of the way for easy access to the camera gear. This is a great bag for hauling a moderate amount of camera and hiking gear.

Strength:

So far this has been the most practical bag I've used. Having it strapped around the waste allows you to take camera and lenses out or lets you change lenses while your walking.

Weakness:

NO

For me this has been the most practical camera bag I have seen and used, since I don't have to stop hicking, tacking of the bag and so on.. Therefore, I don't fall to far behind while I take pictures and try keeping up with the other hickers.
