Strength:

This bag is the perfect size for my setup. Perhaps if you have a very large camera (Nikon F5) with many lenses then it might not work. I have an EOS-3 with a 28-135 IS lens and a few other lenses and a 550EX. This bag fits all of that perfectly.

Weakness:

Perhaps it isn't as good looking as it could be. Also it isn't compatible with Tamrac's line of attachments

Excellent bag for what it was designed to do. Excellent price as well.

Strength:

Nice lightweight bag with shoulder strap or hip belt. Can carry a body and 3-5 lenses with little difficulty.

Weakness:

The side and front pockets are not made to hold equipment. They seem to mainly be able to accomodate film, filters, or a flash. I received this bag as a gift and would have rather had a bag from the 600 series, because with those you can add extras, such as lens cases much easier.

I good bag, but not a great bag. If you truly want the hip belt, then consider this bag, but when I put all of my gear in the bag, it is heavy enough to make the hip belt uncomfortable. For similar storage space and better features, I would reccoment the 603 of something similar.

Strength:

I don't like it at all. I bought it because I see review at Photo.net and local photoshop doesn't have it (which I'm not surprised after I bought it).

Weakness:

Yes, a lot! It's too small if you put pad insert under the camera body holder. It's too big if you remove it off. It might be good for small SLR -but not F5 or Nikon body with grips.

Don't buy it if you think to buy it. If you want a camera bag that has similar features, try Domke F-3X or the compact one. You can get the belt attached to Domke if you want waist-bag. This bag is the most bucky bag I have found. The small compartment on the bag is not useful, it can't even put the 80-200/2.8 in it. Well, you can but you can't put the camera inside the bag.

Customer Service

I don't know.
