Ease of handling, setting adjustments,stereo sound. Also, battery stays charged much longer than most camcorders.

Speaker could be more sensitive as you have to kind of raise your voice to be heard.

I really like it as it's relatively small and easy to handle. Takes very nice videos and not too difficult to adjust settings. Has stereo sound and can be tilted to pan up and down. All-in-all, a very nice professional quality camcorder.
