Purchased at Costco 12 years ago. Flawless performance. Have used on vacations and trips all over the world. Transferring the video to digital is a breeze and the quality is very impressive. It still works like a charm. Have only had to replace the lithium battery once in all these years. The 12 hour battery life claim is a bit of a stretch, but it does hold a lot of power to video for a very long time depending upon cinditions, etc.
