DESCRIPTION

The Digital-8 format uses the same video compression system as DV - delivering up to 500 lines of horizontal resolution. It records digital video and audio on a standard 8mm or Hi-8 tape, producing a richer and more accurate picture quality than the analog 8mm or Hi-8 format. Take great digital still photos and easily transfer them to your computer by using the optional Memory Stick Media or the built-in USB connection. With the USB Streaming function, you can stream live and recorded moving images to PC via USB port.
