    Strength:

    Points and shoots, but has manual settings that no other camera at this price has. Canon does the best user interface... some others are unusable. Excellent screen, even though small. Lack of zoom creates a simple package.

    Weakness:

    Optics -- there is warping of the periphery of the image (expected at this price). Limited to 1sec exposure, although low light performance is good. Eats alkaline batteries for breakfast. No aperture priority.

    Incredible value.
