Strength:

Hot shoe flash attatchment(very few, if any, in this camera area/ price) , picture detail, manual adjustments, direct to (Epson) printer printing capability, great camera feel, good (upgradable) software, very good manuals, good battery life.

Weakness:

zoom switch lags a bit, built flash is fair for the farther shots, only an 8 mg CF card included. No bag

Very nice digital camera, lots of extras included like nicad batteries, charger, lens ring adapter, carry strap, adapter cord for TV, computer, printer, etc. Excellant pictures. Like the hot shoe attatchment and 49mm lens adapter options, decent battery life good support company. Have loaned camera out twice, they went out and bought their right after!!

Customer Service

Very good on a printer situation I had a couple months ago, not needed for this product so far.
