Strength:

The size and weight. Some of the others I tried were just too lightweight. The features are easy to use. It comes with a manual on CD that I printed out and studied. The IR feature works great w/my HP PhotoSmart printer, as does the USB cable. Since it came w/a 16MB card, I just couldn''t say no. The ''voice'' feature has impressed my young neices and nephews. I can take their picture, then turn around and record them singing. Makes me quite popular with the young ones! The remote was an added bonus!

Weakness:

Battery life is OK if the LD screen isn''t used too much. Some of the features are a bit hard to find, but after some practice, I''m able to find them more quickly. Would have been nice to have an AC adapter.

Excellent camera for the price. I did a LOT of shopping around and went to a few stores to ''touch and play w/it'' before purchasing it online. I''m extremely happy that I didn''t pay full price. I did have a problem w/the first one sent, but it was an HP problem that was fixed by sending me out a new one right away. I would definately recommend this camera to someone with some digital experience or someone that has the time to learn all of the great settings.

Customer Service

Great! HP is always superb!

I sold my first digital to my youngest brother who is a first time user. I haven''t had a lot of experience using other brands than HP.

Strength:

Very easy to use. Excellent picture quality. Extensive set of advanced amatuer features like spot metering, TTL focusing, & EV compensation.

Weakness:

Too bad it''s only a 2 MP camera.

Been using this camera since March 01. It has definitely not disappointed. I''m use to SLR photography, and love it''s weight and feel. Other cool looing camera are just too small to hold stable or to hit the tiny buttons. Intuitive layout, and menu system. Excellent results, features, manual controls, value.
