Strength:

None.

Weakness:

- uses MANY batteries regardless of settings
- not reliable.
- constantly crashing
- picture quality is poor on print out.
- poor memory
- not consistently usable.
- customer service is limited and unable to escalate past their own level.

ABSOLUTE junk. I have had this camera less than a year and already they have replaced it *3* times. Each time, the camera simply stops working. I know I didn't pay for top-of-the-line but you would think I could at least get a reliable base camera for $130. Nope. The customer service line refuses to refund my money or offer an upgrade, even though they admit there are problems with this model. The best they will do is keep sending a refurbished model.

*sigh* I already bought a Kodak - what I SHOULD have done in the first place!

Customer Service

- limited.
- friendly but can only authorize replacement (refurbished) and will not escalate beyond immediate supervisor.
