hey guys quick question! i bought the camera at a garage sell and i bought a new memory card for it and it says it cannot be recognized, i formated it and it tells me the same thing, so i formated it with FAT32 and it tells me it cant be used.a little help please?

auto-focus, occasional failure to actually record picture

I have had my s404 for 2 days. I have found that the batteries drain quickly, the lever to open the media storage door is "tripped" easily, auto-focus and flash is slloowwww to engage. On the other side, I took a sample pic, and when downloaded, I noticed a "Windex" bottle sitting on the desk in the background.... zoom in and you can read the ingredients off the label

I get out of focus prints every now and then but I also get those with my SLR

Great camera. The images are sharp and I can enlarge them to 11"x14". I took my first compact flash and had it printed and it looked as good as my Rollei Prego prints.
