Canon PowerShot SX40 HS Above 10 Megapixel

PowerShot SX40 HS

The Canon PowerShot SX40 HS is the first superzoom to have Canon's excellent HS System for improved low light image quality. Canon also lowered the resolution from 14 megapixels (Powershot SX30 IS) to 12 megapixels for even better image quality. The PowerShot SX40 HS has a 35x 24-840mm (equivalent) zoom lens with Intelligent IS, a 2,7-inch tilt-swivel LCD display and full HD video. It's got Smart Auto for point-and-shoot photographers and manual exposure modes for more experienced users.

Strength:

The camera is an excellent product from Canon. 10MP lens, AF and IS technology make it a unique product.

Weakness:

Purchased it from Amazon. It's some type of great product.

I have used SX40 and it is suitable for all types of shooting.

Strength:

ZOOM, low light For a small camera this is really good

Weakness:

shutter lag, Not a large range of f stops

For a compact camera this does a really good job and the zoom is just unbelieveable!
