DESCRIPTION

The 12-megapixel TS4 is Panasonic's top-of-the-line rugged outdoor camera. It has full HD video, built-in GPS with altimeter, it's waterproof to 40 feet (12m), shockproof to 6.6 feet (2m) and it's also freezeproof and dustproof. The lens is a 4.6x 28-128mm (35mm equivalent) Leica optical zoom and the TS4 even has full manual exposure controls.

Strength:

Great pictures. Easy to use.

Weakness:

I've had 2 of these. And each one they stop working after the 1st time I use in the water. I do not take them any deeper than a couple feet and later that day the screen will start flashing on and off and you can't take pictures anymore. I made sure the door was shut and locked before going into the water but yet water still got in and damaged the camera. Both camera's have a faulty seal. Very disappointing for such an expensive camera.

Overall a great camera unless you plan to use it in the water. If you plan to use in water at all this is not the camera to get.
