Picture quality is great.

Sound is so bad I have to use the speaker phone.

I hooked the camera up to a desktop running Vista. No problem with the hookup. The pictures are fine. The sound is really bad. I get echo and feedback. I have tried re-loading the drivers several times. The echo cancel program isn't loading. If the sound were good this would be a great camera. But, it is so bad I use the speaker phone for conversations.
I moved the camera to a Laptop with XP - same problem.

Great Product! People ask what kind of web cam i use alot! the picture quailty is good. Oh yea, one thing to do is DOWNLOAD THE LATEST VERSION OF THE SOFTWARE FOR IT! I didn't even use the CD that came with it.(installation)
