Strength:

Quality mechanics
Dependability
Looks (it's a real work of art!)

Weakness:

Slight ergnomic problems (some operations are a little uncomfortable or akward: strap rings interfere with advance lever, rewind knob is difficult to use, fast shooting a bit akward).
Models with light meters will probably need repairing (I guess any 30+ year old CDS meter would need it)
As in all 60's/70's cameras, 1/1000 is really 1/700, even when new.
Fully removable film back.

Apart from its sometimes frustrating ergonomic setbacks, it's a joy to use.
Its weight and its smooth "Klock" when shooting make for extremely stable low speed handheld photos.
Highly recommended if you don't want the latest tchnological wonder.
Only weak point that might/probably need fixing is the light meter (if present).
