it's one strenghth is that the self timer can act as a 'mirror lock up'.Which is really,really needed because mirror slap is is horrible in this camera.

Build qaulity of a disposable camera.

Basic cosina made 35mm SLR.Of extremly poor build quality even when compared to other 'bottom of the line'Cosina made cameras imported by others (Vivitar,ricoh,yashica,Nikon Fm10 etc)Your money would be better spent on a vivitar or Ricoh k mount slr..which though made in the same factory is built with more metal & less plastic.Same on Quantaray for insisting Cosina make this camera as cheaply & poorly as possible..at least the others try!

the lense that it comes with feels like garbage and just go back to my summary.

What is with this camera? Who would ever want to buy one of these. They have loud shutters, lots of mirror slap noise, and shake like any thing from the shutter!
