Strength:

small; lots of features; lightweight

Weakness:

lots of features that are not really that necessary; some grainy shots; blurry unless held perfectly still (remember this, if you have someone taking pictures for you)

This is an okay camera for someone who is not too serious about pictures (might be worth it for the price now - but definitely not the original $200+ price tag). Our camera broke within the 1st year, only after 8 rolls of film, so here we are looking for a new one.

Customer Service

By the time this camera broke we didn't bother fixing it (even though it was under warranty) because we were so frustrated with it we didn't want it anymore. So we never had to deal with Customer Service.

Strength:

Small size
Quick flash regeneration

Weakness:

Complicated settings
Terrible color distortion

Very disappointed. Terrible picture and color quality. Not worth the money. There are much better APS cameras out there for around the same price. Try the Rollei Nano80-- Great camera for only a little more money.

Strength:

small, pentax

Weakness:

blurry photos, flash take to long to re-charge,

I used to love this camera, but with a new baby whom I photograph all the time, it is very FRUSTRATING to have blurry photos. I am in the market for a new camera now, and I am NOT going to buy an APS.

Strength:

Sorry to all who saw this review in the "Efina J" section, I was confused. That being said. Small size and settings dial are convenient. APS features are great. Good quality pics in good light.

Weakness:

The flash is very poor and mine ceased to collapse after about six months of use. High latency between pressing shutter and actual picture taken. Performs poorly in low-light conditions.

Quite good for beginning photographers and comes with a handy remote. Svelt package makes up for mechanical issues.

Model Reviewed: Efina APS Camera

Strength:

Small, compact APS camera. Extra width on left side of camera provides use with better grip, useful for camera shake. Ease of use.

Weakness:

Quality is definitely inferior to Canon Elph and Elph Jr. and was disappointed because of it.

This camera has all the advantages when it comes to ergonomics (excellent grip for such a tiny camera. Other cameras do not provide such good grip) and ease of use. In this respect it is superior to the Elph series IMO. However, I was very disappointed at the print results. Quality was nowhere near to the Elph series. Also, one cannot expect much from compact p&s flashes BUT I think the one on the Revio is the worst I've ever used. It is a shame since the camera has all the other right ingredients (ergonomics, controls).

I recently purchased this Pentax camera because the gentleman at the store recommended Pentax because they are lens manufactures. I have been extremely happy with the results of my photos. The colour seems so real I feel that I am still living the moment. Since I scrapbook I want my pictures to feel like I am still there and I sure am getting that.

Model Reviewed: Efina APS Camera

Strength:

The Efina was a good deal it was only 200 dollars Canadian, More features then Canon Elph, Small and Light, Easy to operate, Comes with Remote, Case and Film and Battery with Kit

Weakness:

Battery compartment is kinda hard to take out, needs coin to twist out like watches, but how often do u change the battery :)

This is a good camera if you want to get the most bang for the buck. It has 2x zoom and the lens are sharp. Good thing about Efina is that when you turn off the camera all the lens and viewfinder is covered and protected...There is also a so many preprogrammed messages that could be imprinted...I like the dials to change different shooting modes rather then pressing buttons on the Elph..much easier and quicker..Get this camera for value and proformance...

Customer Service

Never call them yet, had no problems at all
