Strength:

Tons of bellows extension, great also for very short lenses, lightweight, small package, tons of useful features like the asym base tilt in the back - makes doing scheimpflug a breeze! An excellent landscape photographers tool.

Weakness:

Tons of features. Rear rise, do we really need that on a field camera?? It's picky to close, if you don't do it just right you tear the bellows up. Since it doesn't come with a manual, you have to figure this out on your own.

Great camera, very light, an excellent landscape tool. Customer service is a bit lacking though. I think partially because Wisner does more for people than they should, so they're too busy to keep track of what's going on.

Customer Service

Pretty good, Ron is super busy though so if you're in a hurry, forget it. Everything moves VERY slowly when you need something done. One of my rear bubble levels was dry from the factory, and even though I've asked them about it twice, they've never gotten around to fixing it.
