DESCRIPTION

The Fuji Discovery 290 Date 38-90mm zoom camera can capture subjects both near and far. The Fujinon Super EBC 38-90mm f/5.6 to f/10.5 (2.4x) zoom lens can focus as close as 2.2 feet, and is supported by an active infrared autofocus system with 198 focus zones. The built-in flash can be switched off at any time, and has a range of up to 16.4 feet, an automatic mode, a fill-in mode, and a red-eye reduction feature. The shutter has speeds from 1/4 to 1/500 second, allowing for film speeds from ISO 50 to 1,600. The film itself is loaded by simply dropping it in, and has automatic advancing and rewinding. This camera has a quartz date and time imprinting option and a self-timer. It measures 4.93 by 3 by 2 inches and weighs 9.1 ounces.
