Strength:

If you still want to use 35mm film as a "point and shoot," this is it.

Cost $60 even when new, now is more like $0.

Can also be fairly durable, but see below

Can read the encoding (silver/black bars) on newer 35mm film canisters to autodetect the speed.

Batteries can last a long time, less than old manual rewinds but several rolls of film easily.

Weakness:

Cheap plastic, feels more like a toy than a camera.

Full automatic so you can't override when you need to, such as waiting for the flash to charge. Shutter speed and aperture are beyond your control.

The shutter button is mushy and doesn't give you a strong feel for when it trips.

Being cheap and plastic it can break and malfunction, even more so today with age.

38-70mm zoom is useful but not a great range, and almost makes you wish the lens was just a fast wide prime.

The IQZoom EZY is one of a general series of compact zoom film cameras Pentax built, that are now in a bad position. People who still use film are snapping up older "pro" gear that is now very cheap, and the people who used to buy these cameras now go all digtial.

It's a full automatic camera, even spooling the film for you, and has a little LCD exposure counter, red eye reduction, and timer.

Some people have had good experiences and taken great pictures with it, others haven't. I think some of it depends on users expecting too much from a very basic camera.
