    Strength:

Light weight and compact size. Good lens Large LCD display Good range 28-100mm With Remote control

    Weakness:

Poor image at tele end (100mm) Poor control menu, will reset to default settings after taking each photo Viewfinder is too small and dim

I bought it for short trips without carrying my heavy SLR system. But I was very disappointed finally

    Strength:

light weight, interface, sharpness at center, value

    Weakness:

sharpness at edge wide open, flash renders background fuzzy

the overall sharpness of the camera is actually very good compared to other p&s in similar range. Considering most p&s out there go down to 35mm only instead of 28mm, this camera is very useful for landscape & interior shots, while having a mid-range tele. however, sharpness at 28mm around edges is pretty bad. the interface is excellent and simple to use. If softness at edge (28mm) is acceptable to you, this camera offers great value.

I bought a prego 70 last year. Had I known that Prego 100 would come to the market this year, I would not have bought the Prego 70 which is a waste of time. The quality of photos my prego 70 taken with flash is a major disappointment. Photos taken during the day time, although better than those taken at night, cannot match those taken by a Olympus Mju II which is much much cheaper. I hope the Prego 100 can meet the expectation of a loyal Rollei user.

    Strength:

Reasonable price for a Germany product. Rollei's quality is for sure. Attractive control display made credit. Light weight and small in size.

    Weakness:

    Very basic functions

Excellent pic quality among pocket camera with use of varioApogon HFT lens. Very large display for easy control. Even lady found it attracive (2 colors display - green for adjustment made and orange during adjustment... cool) Menu control button is just like my Sony digital cam, very easy to control. Bugs like funny remote control is included. Auto power-off after 5 min.
