    Strength:

I have owned this since new yet still meets 90% of my needs. For reflective copy it is excellent. For negatives and slides, well send them to the professionals or buy a specific film scanner. DRIVERS - Epson does not support these scanners with drivers for Windows 10. I am using VueScan Scanner Software from www.hamrick.com. Works great. If you can pick one of these up cheap and buy the VueScan software, it is a great highend scanner for your reflective or artistic needs.

    Weakness:

Film scanning is just too much of a hassle for this scanner and just in general. Not that one cannot make it work, just that the results are just not there for high end work. There are film scanners that if a person wants to do it in their studio, will meet there needs much better that this unit.
