What I liked:-
The automatic audio fade while adding the transitional effects is extremely good and helpful.

What I did not like:-
a) Some transitional effects don't work at all. They even hamper the rendering process. Rendering stops midway and the machine hangs.

b) The titles and audio tracks suddenly disappear. So if you are in the habit of continuously saving your file, you are doomed because ultimately you are left with nothing at all.

c) Does not create Disc ie Video DVD.

Everything is incomplete in the new products. Why can't they come out with something that is perfect?

I tried Corel Video Studio X2 Pro (12) trial version.
Very rosy but very bad.
Full of bugs.
Verdict:- A very unreliable product. Needs improvements for removing the bugs.

Customer Service

What customer service can you expect from them when they don't even mention their email address in CONTACT US.
