Strength:

Good picture quality. Crisp colors, good range, enough detail to make a decent size print.

Weakness:

Slightly more expensice than 35mm film; very few 1-hr processing facilities.

An excellent all around film.

Strength:

I've tried other types of film and have always come back to Kodak. When I got my APS camera, I didn't even bother to try other film brands because I knew that I could count on Kodak.

Weakness:

I have never had trouble using or developing a Kodak product.

I love the quality of the APS film prints. I will continue buying it and probably not try other brands. I don't want to risk my valuable (to me!) photos on any other brand. I just took seven rolls of vacation photos in and had them returned in three days! They were all of the usual quality. I do wish that black and white APS film was available in my area.

Customer Service

Generally excellent. Unfortunately, one place where I used to develop my film, didn't have a person cover the counter when breaks were taken. This could be up to an hour which would be frustrating when picking up film. The place I go now(Arbor/CVS) is excellent in customer service.
