Determining which speciality bracket to purchase for a particular flash. The attachments are made by Custom Bracket. You may need to call them for help. They are very helpful.

This is a great accessory for the Mamiya 645 AF and ProTL user. It allows the camera to rotate without moving the flash position. Very smooth action and it locks into both positions. You can buy the appropriate cable release attachment, and fire from the handle. There are several attachments for different brands of flash. Another nice feature is the ability (with proper accessory) to configure the bracket to accomodate 35mm cameras. I have also used this with my Nikon D200.
My primary use has been with a Mamiya 645AF and a Metz 4oMZ-3i.
