Strength:

Swivel head that goes right around in any direction. Very powerfull and makes good use of battery power. Multi flash is a dream and fires all night and day till batteries go flat. TTL metering is the best I have worked with.

Weakness:

Weak hotshoe connection that is not as sturdy as Canon or Nikon. Only meant for Dynax/Maxxum range of cameras

Very good flash. Basically one of the two best flashes for the Dynax/Maxxum range. Easy to use and very nice design. LCD is large with large characters and bright nightlight.

Customer Service

Don't know, never needed to service it
