Strength:

Small, TTL, simple, relatively inexpensive for the brand.

Weakness:

The trade off is that for the small size you have to put up with the shadow a the bottom of the frame produced by some lenses and their associated hoods. 28-105mm has this problem and I'm sure others do also.
Red eye is also a concern with this flash.
No flash head movements possible.

If you are after small size and simple reliable operation, this is the one for you. Especially if you don't need to bounce.
Take off lens hoods to prevent semi-circular shadow at bottom frame caused by the flash not being tall enough.

Strength:

Small and light weight.

Weakness:

Covers only up to 35mm and do not comes with a diffuser.
Where's the test flash button?

A decent fill in flash.
