Heavily recommeded. I use this flash all the time. I have also bought a Lumiquest Ultra-Soft Box for this flash as well. Excellent coverage. Try not to use it on High Power, it is just TOO bright!

Customer Service

Never needed. I have bought a 60-300 lens from this company as well that has preformed exceptionally.

Strength:

None

Weakness:

THis is the first piece of camera equipment I have ever had completely fall apart. The other reviewer here must have been very lucky or else never uses the darn thing.

I bought this based on the positive review I read here. I am back to say I wish I had never read that review. And, as far as too powerful, it most certainly is not. Compared to my old Vivitar 283 this thing is feeble, or at least it was before it fell apart! I rate this one a do not buy. In fact, I wouldn't trust any Phoenix products.

Customer Service

Said that I must have jarred it and wanted a lto to fix it.
