Strength:

Size, weight, battery life, low-light autofocus assist, range-to-size ratio

Weakness:

Vertical swivel only. Not a problem for me - I normally use just a celiing bounce.

I bought this as an "open box" discounted backup to my EX Flash - I wanted something smaller and lightweight for certain circumstances as well. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and usefulness of this little spud!
