This model of the Vivitar 840AF flash is dedicated to Canon EOS AF SLR cameras. It has a vertical bounce, which gives your images softer, more professional lighting. The 840AF automatically changes its illumination angle to match the focal length of the lens you are using, while the Auto Thyristor circuitry gives the flash a faster recycling time and more flashes per set of batteries.
