This little unit has worked out to be woth it's weight in gold.
With the three different modes(ambient light, corded flash, non-corded flash) it is extremly versitile. It gives you the f/stop reading in 1/10th of a stop intervals for great accuracy.

Strength:

Excellent accuracy, lightweight, (mostly) easy to use and read. Requires one simple AA battery.

Weakness:

Battery drains somewhat, even when the meter is not in use; changing disks (reflected and incident) is a manual task that can be a pain.
A "sliding dome" would be my preference.

An excellent meter overall. I have screwed up a few incident exposures due to my own moments of unconsciousness. I recommend a meter like this for slow, deliberate photography where your meterless camera is on a tripod. Take good care of it, be gentle with it and it will last many, many years. (The current street price of $239 -- is that a good value?)

PLEASE NOTE: This meter does NOT have flash metering.
