Strength:

Reliability and customer service..It is wonderful...these units pack a lot of power for your money too

Weakness:

Early units didn't dump power without you kicking the flash and the reflector system wan't real easy to take off and on but they have corrected these very minor problems and the new x2400 is perfect. I still use my old ones...Basically they have no weaknesses that amount to anything

I have used Ultra 1200's for over 10 years without problems. I use one on a tall lightstand for group pictures as well as small groups. I just purchased an X2400 and it is smaller yet more powerful. These units give you more bang for the buck than anything available. Don't waste your time looking...these are the best you can buy and they will probably last longer than you will. They are indestructable and super reliable.Customer service is wonderful and friendly as can be. I lost a screw for the umbrella holder and they sent me one free. I lost a screw for the reflector holder and they sent me some free. I sound like I work for them but I don't...I'm just a very happy user and they are a superb company in Nashville.

Customer Service

The best in the industry in my opinion
