Strength:

Great colors and crisp images.
Finally i got some beautiful bird images, but even with 1.54x tele (580 mm),birds seem so small.

Weakness:

Weight.
Camera/Teleconverter-Metering, i must use spot metering to control lighting behavior.

Amazing teleconverter, use with my Fuji 5200

Similar Products Used:

Strength:

Great value
High resolutionimages
Acceptable low amount of vignetting

Weakness:

None I have identified yet.

I am very happy with this lense; it has exceeded my most optimistic exoectations.
It is a great value for users of mid-range 3-6 mega pixel SLR digital cameras that do not allow users to replace the standard lense. Canon S2, FinePix S5200 and similar.
It will not yeild images as good as one would expect from a more advanced camera with conventional telephoto lenses, but for most non-professional applications the images are more than adequate.

Strength:

Sharp!
No vignetting.
No "fringing"

Weakness:

Almost as heavy as the camera; Need to support lense; I feel uncomfortable letting the weight hang fron the camera.

GREAT LENS! Super images! Use with Fuji S5100 and I am very happy!

Virtually no vignetting, and no "fringing".
