    Strength:

Super sharp. Very compact and light.

I bought this used lens (Non-AI) for my Nikon FTn''s over a year ago on a trip in San Diego. I have been using it quite regularly since and only have praise for its resolution capabilities and handholding-ability (so short that it can be used as the main lens).

    Strength:

Sharp. Great focus feel. Small. Best bokeh (among 85/2 and 135/2.8). Cheap.

    Weakness:

Intermediate range sometimes feel embrassing; 85mm and 135mm might be better for scenic shoots.

I own this classical lens together with 85/2 ai and 135/2.8ais. For sharpness-wise, they are equal to my naked eyes. 105/2.5 wins at the bokeh and feel (like a piece of metal).
