Model Reviewed: AF105mm f/2D AF* DC-Nikkor

Strength:

Very sharp for portraiture. Expensive toy; but worth the $. The de-focus feature is more for the rear than the front.

Weakness:

None.

Very much enjoying this lens. The tonal contrast is superb. Focusing is very smooth w/ a little resistance which is good. Can't find anything bad about it. My second best portrait lens after the Nikkor AF 180mm.
