Strength:
Extremely good value, tact sharp across all the f stops, very possibly one of the best nikkors.
Weakness:
none Light, well built, compact, this lens offers one of the best performance available in the Nikkor line (IMHO). Cheaper than the other 50mm's in the Nikkor family (f1.2, f1.4), it offers consistant performance across all the f-stops, even with the aperture wide open. One of the sharpest Nikkors, especially consider it's only about $100 new, it's a normal lens value everyone should acquire for their nikon system.
