    Strength:

Really, nothing at all. I hear the AF model is quite good.

    Weakness:

Everything anyone could think of. Optically, mechanically, awful. Poor value, poor design. I could not decide whether to smash it or sell it. (I sold it.) Every company makes mistakes. Don't make this one with them!

A real piece of crap. My sample had aberations in all the elements, leading to poor sharpness at every aperature and distance.

    Customer Service

None needed. They appologised for their design team. I still swear by Pentax products for their price, weight, durability, and optics.
