DESCRIPTION

Schneider Apo-Symmar is an all-purpose macro lens with apochromatic correction, optimized for close-range work. Its oversize helical focusing mount allows focusing from infinity right down to a reproduction ratio of 1: 2. Its minimum focusing distance makes it ideal for copy work. A lens hood is unnecessary. Its focal length, speed, apochromatic correction and a top shutter speed of 1 /1000 make this a very versatile lens.
