Strength:

Light weight. Sharp. Balances well with the Aria or any other Contax/Yashica body. the 28mm wide angle is very useful in many situations.

Weakness:

None

I know that it has some plastic in it but I love this lens anyway. Recently I took a one day trip to Washington DC and took my Aria and this lens. The photographs turned out quite fine. It takes a little getting used to since it is a two step zoom, different from my CZVS 35-135 Zoom which is one touch. You Zoom with one ring on the 28-70 and focus with the other. This lens also has 1to3 close focusing ratio. It is light weight but the main thing I like about this lens is the quality of the glass. The photographs come out having that warm romantic yet sharp quality that the Zeiss lenses give. I really like this lens!
