Strength:

Solid construction, great glass, protective case.

Weakness:

Suseptible to the law of gravity Not marketed well in the USA

Heliopan filters are top quality and not top price. I mostly have used the #25 red for Kodak HIE infrared film and results were fantastic. You notice the quality when you feel them, the brass ring and Zeis glas have a certain weight to them that cheapo filters don't. Also, why pay several hundred dollars on a lens and put a cheap piece of glass or resin in front of it? Counterproductive, I say.

Strength:

HIGH qualtiy Good protection

Weakness:

None

The filters are built very solid and have excellent quality glass. I have had no problems with vignetting, even on my 28mm lens. The cases have great padding and the type and size of filter are clearly marked. B+W quality but a little cheaper.
