Strength:

Good price in the used market $800.00-$1000.00. Good sharpness, not too heavy and well balanced. Built in lens hood.

Weakness:

Minimum focus distance. Loose lens hood.

Primarily used for wildlife photography. Sharp lens even at f/5.6 with optimum sharpness at f/8 to f/11.

Customer Service

Not needed.

Strength:

This lens is relatively lightweight and the focussing is good. The second hand prices for this lens are very low.
I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the images.
Very sharp. Not quite APO, but d*** close.

Weakness:

OK could be wider aperture and AF, but you know that when you buy it.

Outstanding value, I have no regrets.

Customer Service

Bought it without a lens cap and found it near impossible to find one!
