Their interface is pretty easy to use.

Even though the interface is easy to use it doesn't inform you of the quality of your print. So if you accidently upload a lower quality thumbnail instead of your high grade print, they will not inform you when they print it out. Instead they will print it ship it to you and wait for you to be dissatisfied and print another one. Ultimately making them more cash than providing a good service.
Recently it took them a week and a half to get two prints to me on a 2nd day air shipping, and although they refunded my prints they came bent and unusable.

They are only open monday through friday so if you have a problem over the weekend, good luck.

I have been using this company for a number of years and I have been satisfied and unsatisfied on a 50/50 basis. Although i recently had issues with them and moved to a different service and realized how inadequate they are

Their biggest strength is their attention to detail. they dont just run your memory card and spit out a crappy pic... they take time to make sure it is of their standard.

processing time, but understand if you want professional prints it takes time to process. If you are looking for quick shots I recommend costco or Sam's Club (no joke also very good, just different prints for different levels of photographers).

I have used other sites in the past and none have compared to myphotopipe.com. The first time I received their prints I was not expecting much, but got alot. I have since turned a few friends to them who wont go back to other sites. I will explain why in the strengths and weakness section.

These guys provide a great service. So long to WalMart's online service. Great prints mailed to my front door for a great price. How can you beat that. I highly recommend.

I have used myPhotopipe.com for several years after running across another photographer that uses the service. I have always been very happy with the quality of the prints. Their prices are fair and the turn around time is very good. All of the .icc profiles for there papers are on their site and work very well if you have a calibrated monitor. They also have an online tutorial about using profiles if you beginning to learn about printing.

I don't normally write reviews, but these guys have really been a great company to work with. It saves a lot of time and headache over printing at home.

Customer Service

myPhotopipe's customer service is 2nd to none. When I first started using their system they were very helpful with personalized emails and phone calls to help me make sure that everything is correct.

The only time I had a problem was with one 11x14 print. The print was sent to me and had a small blemish on the lower left hand corner. I called Pete at myPhotopipe and they had one out to me within a few days free-of-charge. They really are very good and very helpful.
