I use this one to put my remote flashes in the street while I shoot pics in movement (Skateboarding). perfect tripod to use: Super strong, you can put a heavy flash on it and it wont fall. Super good stability. I have it with the mini ball head.PERFECT!

Weakness:

Won't really allow vertical shots due to geometry of ballhead and its holding capacity

Great all around table top tripod head with mini legs. A must have in every 35mm camera bag. Works well on its own, or held against a wall. Very compact. Not as nice as the giotto 1002, but its lighter, cheaper, and smaller.

Model Reviewed: 3009 Mini Ball Tripod Head

Strength:

Sturdy little tripod.
Cork grips underneeth the legs keep it from sliding around.

Weakness:

no

Very handy piece of equipment to have. Works great with point and shoots to SLR's with medium size lenses. Fits in my camera bag so it is always there even if I don't have a larger tripod.
Not very expensive if you can find a good deal on one. Mine came with the 3009 mini ballhead
