Strength:
VERY very light
Weakness:
extremely short, I have to hunch over in a painful posture to focus and adjust aperture/shutter... eh, it's lightweight so, bring it on a family hiking trip or fishing trip or something... Similar Products Used: None |

U5000 Photo/Video Tripod
Strength:
Small and light weight.
Weakness:
Doesn't extend high enough to shoot standing up. When I bring the tripod out for a shot I want it to work, the U 5000 seems a bit fragile and would break easily if dropped, Similar Products Used: Gitzo 224 |

Strength:
Easy clamp and adjust legs. Cheap cost.
Weakness:
Heavy for it's size, The Main head clamp is plastic and mine snapped in half with the lightest of use. Kind of unstable. Head can't hold much weight when set vertically. I would talk any buyer out of buying the slik u5000. It's plastic parts break easily and cannot hold the weight of even the lightest slr's. (I use a canon rebel 2000). Don't buy another tripod with weak parts like these. The only possible reason for buying this model would be for use with a small point and shoot...Maybe. Similar Products Used: None |
