    Strength:

    Size, rugged, ease of operations.

    Weakness:

The only weaknesses I can see are cost (this is a milled aluminum housing), and the fact that the cable to the flash hot shoe is a bit short.

I have been incredibly impressed by the Subal housing for my Nikon D70s. If you are into underwater photography, this is an excellent housing.

It is ergonomically very well designed, is the smallest housing I have seen for a digital SLR of this nature, is very rugged, does not flood, and has perfect bouyancy for ocean diving.

We just returned from a photo shoot in the Galapagos, and it performed flawlessly.

    Customer Service

The only service assistance I have needed is with the Ikelite 125 TTL flash interface. I initially had to remove a pin to get the flashes working properly, and had to reinstall the pin when Ikelite shipped the the TTL electronics and new cables (June, 2007).
