Sigma DP2x Digital Camera Sigma has announced the DP2x digital camera, an updated version of the DP2. The new DP2x now includes AFE (Analog Front End) that converts color data to a digital signal producing highly colored images and high speed auto focus with the new AF algorithm. The DP2x also features 14-megapixels, a 24.2mm f/2.8 large aperture lens with Super Multi Layer Coating, a 2.5-inch LCD, TRUE II image processing engine, RAW format, QVGA (320×240) video recording, Evaluative, Center Weighted Average and Spot Metering modes, a Quick Set menu, manual focus, a pop-up flash, and a dedicated hot shoe.

Pricing and availability for the Sigma DP2x has not been announced.
