New Video Tripod Kit From Benro

New Video Tripod Kit From BenroIf you’re like me, you’ve been experimenting with the video capabilities of your digital SLR and discovered that handheld video just doesn’t cut it. You’ve probably also found the tripod you used for still photos isn’t really adequate for video, either. Tripod manufacturer Benro, has an affordable new tripod solution designed to help people improve their video. The new Benro AD71FK5 Video Tripod Kit includes a three-section aluminum tripod, Benro’s Fluid Motion K5 fluid head, a bubble level and quick release – everything a good tripod should have, with the added benefit of smooth pans and tilt clips courtesy of the fluid head.

The Benro AD71FK5 Video Tripod Kit will work great for both camcorders and digital SLRs with video. It will also make a great still photography tripod. Best of all – it costs less than $200. That may seem like a lot of cash, but for a solid tripod with a fluid head, that’s a great deal.

At a solid 7.1lbs as well, this might be my next tripod.

Yup – heavy means steady. Light carbon tripods are nice but they cost a fortune and extra weight is a benefit – as long as you aren’t hiking all day or something. I’m supposed to have one of these coming for review. So keep your eyes open. I’ll have to do some sort of demo to show how a good fluid head can improve video.
