Review 1 of 23

Price Paid:  $199.00

Summary:

Worst camera I have ever owned. Picture quality poor, waste of good photography. (Wish I could get my money back.) I had to purchase another (different brand)and what a difference. May consider not buying a Casio again. Needed more perfection in the digital before offering it to consumers.

Strengths:

Ease of use.

Weaknesses:

Poor photo quality.

Similar Products Used:

Nikon Cool Pix 2100. GREAT!

Review 2 of 23

Summary:

This is the second camera I owned. The pictures are fine for internet e-mail, and maybe for use in a small company when complaining about items broken during shippment (and then e-mailed to the vendor). Lighting is critical. The casio can take decent pictures, but lighting is critical. It's a neat little camera, and unless you're getting it dirt cheap, I'd look for something else.

Strengths:

Small camera with LCD viewer

Weaknesses:

Finiky about pictures. Poor resolution.

Review 3 of 23

Summary:

Handy little camera if you like taking nonsense photos and don't plan on printing in high quality. The price is still a bit high for it's worth...but if you've got the money and feel like taking candid pictures for your own self, go for it. I basically use mine for little notes and web site graphics that don't need professional quality to them (72-100 dpi; compressed).

Strengths:

User friendly in both the capturing of images as well as digitally transferring to graphics programs.

Weaknesses:

4AA batteries die quickly in this cam when in record mode. Be sure not to leave it on other than to view/delete images.

Similar Products Used:

Sony's 2nd generation cameras.

Summary:

Casio QV-100 was my first venture into the world of Digital Camera. I became very much disappointed, no sooner than I had it. Fortunately, a friend of mine bought it from me for $ 100. How relived I was!. Now I own Canon Powershot A50, which erased all my bad memories with QV-100.

Strengths:

Swivel lens design.

Weaknesses:

Everything
