Strength:
By far the best film i have ever used!
Weakness:
None If you ever plan to shoot Nature, and Art photography this is the ONLY film to use. i have tried other Products from other film companies and none have matched the clairity and color saturation from any FUJI film. I actually hand this film out to my students for their classroom work! Customer Service N/A Similar Products Used: Fuji Astia 100 |

Strength:
For pulling out landscape shots when the light or the colour isn't the best, this film is unsurpassed.
Weakness:
Don't even THINK about taking serious people pix with this, you can see everything, and you don't WANT to. It's nice to have this in E6 instead of Kodachrome processing. For printing afterwards this tends to need contrast masking that costs bucks, but it makes killer pix when you do that. Customer Service None needed. Similar Products Used: What else is there? Strength:
color and saturation unbeatable. Nature photography is made possible by the color intensity of this film. Try to shoot nature scenes or wildlife without this film, and everything looks drab and lifeless.
Weakness:
People shouldn't photograph people with this film. It doesn't give flatering skin tones. But then, it's not intended to. If you are into nature photography, don't go into the field without it. Similar Products Used: None |

OK, at some times, it would be nice to have a 100 ASA version (or 400, ...) Is there any alternative? Similar Products Used: Other Fuji's, Agfa's and Kodaks |

Strength:
Sharp. Garish and unnatural colors often translate very well when scanned and viewed on a computer screen.
Weakness:
Colors are garish and unnatural, contrast is very high, extremely narrow exposure latitude, slow speed. Really tough to get good prints without expensive masks. A good film for photos destined for the web. A poor film (in spite of it's very large following!) for most anything else. Customer Service N/A Similar Products Used: Provia 100. Enhanced colors without the LSD-like effect. |

Strength:
Velvia has outstanding color saturation, tack-sharp results, and utter reliability. In fact, in order to go for even more color saturation, you can get away with shooting it at 40 instead of 50, and the colors you achieve are unreal!
Weakness:
None whatsoever...except perhaps the incidental cost required for getting internegs and prints done when the slides ALL come out so beautifully! Dewitt Jones said it best: "It's really unfair--we tell kids not to do drugs, then we go out and shoot VELVIA!" I use Velvia when I want colors that pop, absolutely tack-sharp images, and consistently excellent results. If it needs to count, it needs to be on Velvia. Fabulous! Customer Service N/A Similar Products Used: All Kodak and Fuji slide products...Fuji consistently outperforms Kodak in slide AND print. |

It is absolutely perfect.
Weakness:
None whatsoever. Absolutely the best film I've ever seen, projected it is simply incredible. I only wish it existed in higher speeds. No rating possible, as I said: perfect. Customer Service - Similar Products Used: Almost all available slide films. The only films I still (sometimes) tollerate are AGFA CT Precisa 100 and Kodak E100VS |
